My family all met at Jami's house last night to carve pumpkins and enjoy my dad's yummy chili. We got one pumpkin for Dre and we carved Elmo. It was a little harder than I thought it would be and since I have never carved before (that I remember) I was complaining a little. Matt came to my rescue and finished it off for me. Dre could care less and was just happy wandering around looking at everybody. It was fun to see people's designs but we couldn't stay for them to be lit up cause we had to get Dre back home for bed. I also didn't take any pictures so these are from my sister's blog. I need to take a pic of our Elmo pumpkin sometime. The Jazz pumpkin is my nephew Lance's. I thought it turned out awesome! I loved the pic of my parents so I had to add it. Side note to me: Don't go into Orem using the freeway anytime soon during rush hour. It took us 45 minutes and it was annoying!
