Halloween 10

I love Halloween. I think it helps to be a school teacher and know that I HAVE to dress up. It is even more fun with a child. This year, like last, I brought Dre to school with me all day. I didn't have anyway of getting him to my parade and back so I just kept him all day. He was a champ. The kids loved him and he was loving it too. When I needed to do something I would put him in his stroller and turn on an Elmo movie. He also took a nap in his stroller. It was so much fun to have him and be with him all day.

I dressed up as Tinker Bell this year (thanks Jami). My first grade team all did a fairy theme. I really wanted to do a theme with Dre but nothing was working out and being a fairy was free so I went with it. I'm glad I did cause we looked awesome. I got so many comments on my shiny metallic leggings:)

Dre was of course ELMO. HE was the best looking Elmo too! He wore his costume so good. He did not care about the head on top of his head. He did get a little hot though. All the little kids in the parade were yelling MELMO. It was so cute! Then on Saturday we went and visited my house, Matt's house, and his Grandma Downs. It was fun to show Dre off to everyone. By the time we got to my mom's house Dre was done. You can see in one of the pictures. He looks drugged. He was so tired. He would just sit there in a daze. It was so much fun to see everyone and be with family.
