This weekend I took Dre to see Disney on Ice. Sue invited us to go with her and Tate. These boys are getting to where they can play and talk to each other, so I thought it would be a lot of fun for them to get together. (it was nice girl time too!) We went to lunch at Chipotle first, then went up to ESA for the show. We got there early so we tried to get some pics of the boys. Dre soon got really sick of me snapping pics so the one with him crying is the end of my picture taking. We bought the boys cotton candy and it came with their cute mickey mouse hats. The show was pretty good. Dre loved the Lion King part. A lot of the scenes they did came from my era of movies like Alladin, Lion King, Little Mermaid, Snow White, Alice, and a few new ones like Tangled. Dre hasn't seen any of those except Lion King so he was into it for a few minutes, but then would get a little restless. Once I got the popcorn though he was good to go. He sat and watched it all. On the way there the boys were yelling and screaming and you could tell they were so excited, but on the ride home they were silent. It definitely wore them out. It was so fun to get together with friends. Dre loves being around kids, so it was fun to see him interact with Tate. Dre would lean over to Tate when something cool happened and say Ooh!!
PS My camera really sucks. Sue got better pics so when I get them I might exchange these ones for hers
