We had a great Halloween this year! I brought Dre to school with me like I have the past 2 years. My students were so excited to meet him since I always talk about him. Dre was Buzz LIghtyear this year and I was his sidekick Jessie. Dre walked with me through the whole parade and did awesome. He did great all day for me. He was a big hit! There were a few other Buzz Lightyear's, but none of them had wings. Don't you think he looks adorable!!! Me on the other hand, not so much! Side story: I sometimes hate ordering from Amazon. When I went to order Dre's costume I spent 40$ because I thought it came with wings. I could have bought the same costume for 20-30$ but I wanted the wings. There was no description and the picture showed wings, so I bought it. When I got it it had no wings and it was the exact same costume as all the other pictures. I was so mad. I gave the seller a 1 star and said they were a complete scam and not to buy from them. It made me feel a little better.
Funny story: A mom came to help with the class party. SHe then told me that her mother is big on Halloween and is going to come in dressed up and give the kids a treat. I thought Great! Boy was I surprised to see this walk in. It's King Tut and her husband followed her in playing a King Tut song and she sat and grooved for like 5 minutes. It was hilarious!
I always have to have a picture with the girls from work. Love these girls!!!!
After school, we went to Matt's and my parent's house to show off. We got some pictures with all his cousins on both sides, so that was fun. Until next year, see ya!
