We had a great Christmas this year.  In the morning it was just our little family opening presents.  It was kind of nice because the past 2 years we have had either mine or Matt's parents with us.  Dre was so fun and he loved all his gifts.  After he saw what Santa brought him he didn't really want to open more presents.  He wanted to play with what he already got, but when he did open the presents he was so excited.  He got so much stuff this year.  He got drums, power rangers, ninja turtles, boba fett mask, character jambes, movies, books, art stuff, puzzles, clothes, avenger guys, etc.  Then we headed to my parents house for breakfast and more presents.  Then we went to Matt's parents for lunch and visiting with everyone.  We were all very spoiled from our families this year, and Matt did a great job on surprising me.  Me on the other hand failed at getting him some things that worked.  Sorry babe!  Maybe next year!   The day after Christmas Dre woke up with a fever. We couldn't keep the fever down even with medicine. So when we put him down that night we were a little nervous. We went and checked on him a few minutes later and he did something he has never done before. He was looking at us but not moving or responding. Then all the sudden his eyes started moving all around and rolling back and we could not get him to snap out of it. It scared us do bad that we called the ambulance. By the time they got here Dre was awake. They checked his vitals and said we could take him in if we wanted. We said no. We decided to take him to his doctor the next day. When we told the doctor about it he said he had a febrile seizure. It was a scary moment but I'm glad it wasn't more serious and that is doing better.
