Mother's Day

Mother's Day was also this weekend, and I had a great one. Matt and Dre took good care of me and it was fun to be with them. They got me running shoes, sandals, and a book. We went to visit both grandma's too! I look up to these women so much and the example they are as mothers. They love their children know matter what and show their love all the time. They are also very good grandma's. It's fun to watch them with their grandchildren. I love them so much and am very grateful for them.

I would also like to say how grateful I am to be a mom. There was a really good talk in church that every woman is a mother whether you have children or not and I totally agree. Also, that as long as you are doing all you can, then that is enough for Heavenly Father. I'm always wondering if I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing and if I'm a good mother, but Heavenly Father is proud of me for all that I do. It's hard to be a working mother, but I do feel like I spend more quality time with him at night because I work all day. I love being a mom with all the good, bad, and the ugly. It's been a true blessing in my life!
