We finally did it in our family. Our first granddaughter and niece was born on July 9, 2010. She weighed 6lbs 10 oz and was 18.5 in long. She is adorable and we are so glad she is here. Jami did great and everything was fine. the funny story is in the name Tessa. Tessa was not even one of the names on their list and when they saw her none of the names they had picked seemed to fit. Then Tessa came up and they were like no that's not the name but Jami kept thinking about it all night long and they decided it must need to be Tessa. The name fits her perfect. She has lots of black hair that has a curl at the top. Every time I showed Dre the baby he would smile and laugh. It's going to be so fun having a little baby girl around!!!!

yay! I'm so happy you posted so I could see the pics! I wasn't sure when Jami would get around to it... I understand she's got her hands full!
