House Hunting
So we are in the process of trying to find a house. You would think with the economy that it wouldn't be that difficult, but it is. It is starting to get really frustrating. So I thought that I would make a post and ask for help. If you know of any good deals around your neighborhood please let me know. We are looking under 250,000. Hopefully I will be making a post about our new house soon!

Sad.. I am going to miss you guys. I will keep my eyes open. My brother just got a great deal on a saratoga springs house by Richmond American it is like 3100 sq feet for 228,000. Pretty nice plus they get the first time homebuyers tax credit and the new home grant. Good luck, I know we will be looking as soon as our condo sells.
We have a great house right behind us for 254,000. Its 3800 sq feet and the basement is 50% finished. I think its 4 bed 2.5 bath. We are in Saratoga Springs.

Oh oh, come look out here in Saratoga!! There is TONS of great stuff in that price range. My girlfriend said there was a house that just sold up by her for 220 and it's over 5000 square feet! I'd LVOE to have you out here!
I think you should broaden your search north like NSL and Bountiful area ... Dre will need a little friend named Hailey and her mama needs her best friend closer
