I had a surprise baby shower at school a few days ago. Some of my students mom's put it together. They made invitations and sent me down to the office because my secretary had a "financial issue". While I was down there the mom had the kids put their invitation in their backpacks so I wouldn't see. They kept it such a secret and it was so fun! They got me some really cute things.
It started with a contest. 2 of my students had to drink apple juice and see who could drink it the fastest through a bottle. I thought they might throw up!
The next game was a guessing game for me. I had to eat baby food and say what I was eating! Let's just say I was horrible and so was the food!
They also brought these amazingly huge cupcakes with little blue booties. They were so cute and yummy!
This is my cute class. My aide had bought blinking binkies as necklaces that also whistled. They were a huge hit!
The shower also fell on the day I was 28 weeks along, so I had to snap a picture. The scarf was from a student (she had made it, so I thought I better wear it)

Thats so adorable! I bet your class is so excited!! We did the same thing for my second grade teacher, and I still remember how fun it was so suprise her!!
