Thanksgiving

It was my year to go to my parents for Thanksgiving.  It was so fun.  We had a great time like usual being with family.  Dre loves playing with his cousins and it was fun to have Jordan with us.  We ate, played a couple games (bingo and don't eat tom)  Then we took some pictures.  It was a relaxing weekend also.  I didn't do black friday this year.  I was a little bummed because it is tradition, but I just couldn't leave Jordan that long.  Plus it started at 6:00 on Thanksgiving which is a joke.  But looking back it was kind of nice not messing with crowds and feeling sleep deprived.  We set up our Christmas decorations on Friday.  Dre was so excited!  Holidays are so much better with kids.

Then on Dec. 1 Obie our elf made his return.  He brought snowman donuts and hot cocoa.  Dre was so excited.  This is the best year for the elf because Dre is so into it.  He wakes up every morning and looks for Obie.  Obie has brought a movie and books already, hid in some funny places, and played a few pranks.  Dre understands that Obie is watching him and we can usually get him to do things because of it.
