*19 months*

This will be short and sweet hopefully. I don't have any recent pics of my growing boy, but I just wanted to note things that he is doing now.

he is not talking in sentences or anything but he does say a lot of words. My favorites lately are: cars, bubbles, balloon, fish

he does a lot of pointing to get what he wants

we are trying to take the binky away besides bed and naps. He hasn't been a big binky baby until he started really teething. I din't hink it would be that big of a deal because he never really has it during the day anyways. But, I think he realizes that something is not right because we don't give it to him when he asks. He calls it his B. If he gets tired he will start calling for it. He also calls his blanket B so he wants both when he is super tired. It is harder than I thought it would be taking it away from him. I don't even want to think about taking it away from bedtime and naps! ouch!

my new favorite thing he does is when he wants something he will take your hand and pull you to what it is he wants. He loves to hold my hand and walk around

he loves to dance. Matt will put on the ipod in our room and Dre will hear the music come on and he will run in and start dancing all around. His dance is the cutest too! He also is learning how to jump. It's so funny to watch.

he is such a sweet boy. he gives the best hugs and kisses even if they only last for a split second. I love when he wakes up in the morning he will just lay his head on me and we cuddle for a little bit, same thing at night right before bed.

he follows really good directions (for the most part) I can tell him to get me something and he does it. Sometimes he gets side tracked and brings me something he finds. LIke the other day when I told him to go to his room and bring me some socks. He went to his room and came back with a book and he wanted me to read it. Also, the other day I was getting a little frustrated with Dre and Matt could tell so he whispered in Dre's ear to come and give me a kiss. Dre came running over and gave me a kiss. It was the sweetest thing in the world.

he is very curious of everything and very concerned with things. He can tell when things aren't going well and will give me little pats and loves to make sure I'm ok.

We just love our guy so much and are grateful everyday that he is in our lives. I get choked up just writing this because he is that amazing! He has brought so much happiness and love into our lives. I love to see him grow and learn new things, but sometimes I want the time to stop so that he can be my little boy forever. I'm so glad he is in our family! LIfe is good!!!!!
