Dre has grown up so much over the last month. He seems more like a little boy than a baby. He is way more independent and is not my little cuddle bug like he used to be. When you are holding him he pushes off of you until you turn him around to see everything. He is still the easiest baby even though he is definitely teething. He is still sleeping through the night from 7 to 7. He has the best personality and is so fun to be around. He eats more finger food now but I still put it in a mesh net so that he won't choke. He loves toast, graham crackers, peaches, pears, green beans. His most favorite food is squash. He will eat it so fast. He is not a fan of the stage 3 foods that are blended with all sorts of things like turkey dinner, spaghetti, and vegetable beef. If you have any other suggestions for food for a 9 month old I'm all ears????
Other milestones: two bottom teeth,picked up crawling yesterday (Happy Mother's Day to me!!!), goes from laying to sitting in a split second, stands by holding onto something (but not for very long), talks non-stop (well more of a yell), loves to look through books, play peek a boo, loves to play chase with daddy, and play with his toys. He actually would rather play with anything that is not his toy. Whenever I change him he has to have something in his hands or he is all over the place. He also likes to play with my iphone. I have some really fun apps with lots of bright colors that change. All I can say is that he is the funniest age right now. He is so much fun and he thinks he is so funny!
We went to his 9 month check up and he weighed 20lbs and was 29.5 in long. So 40% for weight and 80% for height. He hasn't grown very much since his 6 month, but doctor said he was healthy and happy. We think so too!

Dre is a cutie! Babies are so much fun at this stage when they are learning so many new things. I know Matt is a tough guy, but tell him to smile in a few pictures! LOL
